			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The <a href="http://www.rusnano.com/Home.aspx/SetMyLanguage/2" target="_blank">Russian Corporation of Nanotechnologies </a> (RUSNANO) is planning to spend about $1 million to help educate school children about nanotechnology.</p>
<p>Development of a nanotechnology industry has been a high priority for Russia for several years. Last year, President Dmitry Medvedev <a href="http://en.rian.ru/russia/20091006/156367591.html" target="_blank">promised to spend</a> $10.6 billion to promote nanotech by 2015.</p>
