Russia’s Avtovaz plans new ultra-cheap car

Russia to Invest in Nanotech Education

The Russian Corporation of Nanotechnologies (RUSNANO) is planning to spend about $1 million to help educate school children about nanotechnology.

Development of a nanotechnology industry has been a high priority for Russia for several years. Last year, President Dmitry Medvedev promised to spend $10.6 billion to promote nanotech by 2015.
